Resume Builder Feature is Now Live

I am happy to say that we have finally gone live with the resume builder today, it took us a couple months to get it ready as there were many new elements we were trying and had to go back and forth with the changes. The first thing you will note is that we calling it resume builder and not resume upload, instead of just uploading your word doc CV we give jobseekers more options by asking them to build their resume. Sure it takes a little more time but it has two fold benefits. 1st the entire resume becomes searchable, meaning recruiters are able to find you faster and 2nd at the end of the builder you get to send invites to your friends and for every resume built on your envite, you make a cool 10 bucks!
Cool feature: Once you are done building your resume, you can login to the My Resume section and download a PDF of your resume for personal distribution.
